Our family is mainly employed in the security industry through our involvement with Signal 88 Security, now known as TeamSignal Security following its rebrand.

As a result, our martial arts training focuses on practical karate self-defence techniques. These techniques are drawn from kata and when necessary are applied in real life in our security business.

Physical and mental fitness is an important part of being involved in the security industry as a consequence of which our physical and mental martial arts conditioning training is rigorous, practical and functional.

Our children’s training programs focus is on development of self-confidence, basic descalation techniques, development of motor skills, coordination and fitness and fun.
